参加工作34年，主任护师，硕士生导师，教授。现任树兰医疗集团护理中心主任，（杭州）医院副院长；兼树人大学.树兰国际护理学院院长和医学院副院长、中国非公立医疗机构协会护理分会会长、中国护理质量联盟副主席。2014年获“全国优秀科技工作者”，是首届“浙大好医护”和首届“全国优秀护理部主任”获得者，担任多本杂志副主编或编委。曾任浙大一院护理部主任和浙江省护理中心常务副主任、护理学会副理事长，作为项目负责人获《国家临床护理重点专科》，获得各类研究课题18项，核心杂志发表论文140多篇，以主编和副主编发行各类业务和教学书籍20本，主持开发“纳欣护理电子病历”获著作权、医院质量指标监测系统、不良事件上报系统等软件，多次参与各级卫生主管部门对全国和省内医院的护理质量巡查和医院等级评审工作。先后短期到美国斯坦福医学中心、哈佛医学院、英国西英格兰大学、香港大学、台湾长庚医院、香港尤德夫人那打素医院等国家和地区进修学习，参与两家大型医院的JCI评审，临床护理和医院管理经验丰富，对全国各级各类医疗机构培训500场以上，培训质量广受好评。2022年入选美国护理科学院院士（FAAN）.

With 34 years of professional experience, hold the titles of Chief Nurse, Master's Supervisor, and Professor. Currently serve as the Director of Nursing Department at Shulan Medical Group and the Deputy Director of (Hangzhou) Hospital. Also hold concurrent positions as Dean of Shuren University-Shulan International School of Nursing and Vice Dean of the Medical School, President of the Nursing Branch of China Non-public Medical Institutions Association, and Vice Chairman of China Nursing Quality Alliance. In 2014, awarded the "National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker" title, and was the first recipient of both "Zhejiang University Excellent Medical Staff" and "National Outstanding Nursing Director" awards. Have served as Associate Editor or Editorial Board Member for multiple journals. Previously  served as Director of Nursing Department at The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University and Executive Deputy Director of Zhejiang Nursing Center, as well as Vice Chairman of the Nursing Association. As the project leader, secured the "National Key Clinical Nursing Specialty" designation, led 18 research projects, published over 140 papers in core journals, and published 20 professional and educational books as chief editor or associate editor. Lead the development of "Naxin Nursing Electronic Medical Record" which obtained copyright, Hospital Quality Indicator Monitoring System, Adverse Event Reporting System, and other software.Have participated in numerous national and provincial hospital nursing quality inspections and hospital grading assessments organized by health authorities.Undertaken short-term advanced studies at medical institutions including Stanford Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, University of the West of England, The University of Hong Kong, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, and Nethersole Hospital in Hong Kong.Participated in JCI accreditation for two large hospitals. With extensive experience in clinical nursing and hospital management, have conducted over 500 training sessions for medical institutions at all levels nationwide, receiving widespread praise for training quality. In 2022,  was elected as a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN).
